- The coverage under EW is for Engine, Gear Box & Rear Axle aggregates
- Preventive Maintenance schedule to be followed as per standard warranty guidelines (As specified in Operator Service Book)
- The vehicle must be operated in accordance with the operating instructions in the owner’s manual and must be regularly serviced at the correct time(s) and kilometer intervals, as recommended by Tata Motors Ltd.
- All standard warranty terms apply to Extended Warranty (EW) claims.
- Extended warranty starts immediately after standard driveline warranty ends (6 years / 6 000 hours, whichever earlier).
- The Extended Warranty cannot be cancelled by the owner & cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
- Vehicle must be operated and serviced as per Tata Motors’ guidelines; non-compliance voids EW.
- The Terms and Conditions of the Extended Warranty cannot be altered or amended by any person except by specific written endorsement by Tata Motors Ltd.

- Extended Warranty shall commence immediately in continuity after the expiry of original vehicle warranty of 3 year / 3 lac kms / 3 year/ 3000 hours as applicable whichever occurs earlier.
- The vehicle to be registered under the Extended Warranty program should get enrolled within 30 days from date of sale.
- The Extended Warranty cannot be cancelled by the owner & cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
- The Extended warranty has no cancellation value. Tata Motors shall not return any charges to the Owners in the event that this Extended Warranty is invalidated or if cover no longer required.
- If, after the vehicle has been presented for repair and in respect thereof, has been dismantled in part or in full, it is discovered that the fault is not covered or is specifically excluded by the Extended Warranty, The owner shall be liable to pay to the Dealer/Authorized Service Stations the cost of such dismantling and the costs of any repairs authorized or carried out on behalf of the owner.
- The vehicle must be operated in accordance with the operating instructions in the owner’s manual and must be regularly serviced at the correct time(s) and kilometer intervals, as recommended by Tata Motors Ltd. Failure to comply with operating instructions or servicing of the vehicle as per such recommendations will render the Extended Warranty voidable.
